 it is possible that he realy likes you but he just might not have the gutts to actualy come out and ask you. why not try droping some hints and see what happens or you could simply ask him yourself.

But I guess if he hasn't suggested taking things further with you to try to build a relationship more than just casual friends, then he probably isn't interested. I hear alot on this site "oh he's probably shy or scared." Don't buy that line. Its NOT true. It is nothing but a very NAIVE and unrealistic perspective on men. Cause if a guy likes he WILL let you now somehow. So if a guy is not really trying, it is DEFINITELY that he is not interested. He'll sleep with you, don't get me wrong. But he is not interested for anything more. Sorry I am so blunt but I am speaking purely from experience. And I think that is more valuable than simply an opinion. Good luck.

 If there are signs, like eye contact and physical contact, then it means there are more signs he fancies you. If you're not around anyone, then he'll be more likely more relaxed around you.YM xx
