I would stay checking on it. One of my relatives has gotten pregnant TWICE and she had been on the pill for 10+ years. I would check on it after a couple days if symptoms still occur

as already has been said...IF she is taking the pill correctlyIF she hasnt had an upset stomachIF she isnt taking any other medication which could interfere with the pill (like antibiotics)Then you have probably nothing to worry about. Oral contraceptives are approx 90-99.8% effective (depending on type) when taken correctly. However, if your really concerned then there is the "morning after" pill which can be taken up to 72 hours after. Remember that using a condom would add another method of protection, which would reduce the chance of pregnancy even further. As a future rule, unless you are willing to take that risk (and all the consequenses that come from it), always use condoms. They will not only help prevent an unwanted pregnancy but also all the other sexually transmitted infections.

Pregnancy is unlikely if she is on the pill. However, let this be a lesson to you! Play safe!!!!! If it was less than 72 hours ago, you can go get the emergency pill, but the sooner after sex you take it the more effective it is.

If she is indeed on "the pill," and has been for a few weeks - and IF she has been consistent with it per instructions, then pregnancy is unlikely. Nothing is 100% but I think the pill is somewhere around 90 percent effective, or better, IF properly administered and dosage is adhered to consistently.
