writes:About a week ago I went to a christmas dance at my university. I went with a girl and a few of her friends (we're all on the same course). Anyway after a few drinks and some dancing we kissed and then went back to her room and had sex (I was safe).It hasn't affected our friendship (we're both fine with it) but I'm not sure whether to ask her if we should have a relationship. It's more due to the fact that we are on the same course (well for this year anyway) which is a major setback. Should I make a move?

If she says no then at least you know where you stand, if she says yes then its happy days all round!!.
This way your not comming accross too strong, you dont want to scare her away.

It freaks some girls out completely if you come out straight forward like that, especially if she only sees you as a friend or just a drunken hook up. Ask her out casually for a dinner and feel it out first. "Hey would you like to grab a bite to eat sometime this week ?" And take it from there.

You've got nothing to lose by asking the girl how she feels about you. You've already kissed and had sex and like you said it hasn't affected your friendship which is always a bonus.....
But just make sure you ask her when you are sober and not drunk as she might not take you seriously then. Maybe suggest going for a pizza or something like that and just talk first and see how you both feel.
