We got back together, but now he's very edgy. What's wrong?

Ok heres the thing me and my ex just got back together and when i called him he was edgy on the phone and then he had some of his freinds prank call me and he keeps hanging up the phone on me it is geting anoying and we go to diffrent schools but we meet up at a boces program my school has,and every time he see's me online he logs off and when i do see him at boces he just looks at me and goes to class or on his bus or when we are on a date it is all i want to go her or i want to see thios movie he refuses to pay for everything or even split the bill or if we are with my parents at there cottage he wants to go on walks and askes me nicely to give him a bjand being a good girlfriend i would or when we don't see each other for more than a week he ignores me in every way also he never notces me what should i do?
