Physical violence in a relationship is never okay. If you both want to remain together and make things work then you BOTH need to go to anger management courses.
If you decided to bring a child into this relationship for example how would you feel if it saw mummy and daddy hitting eachother?

Hmmmm. You may have hit her too hard.Or maybe she can't take it when someone fights back. Either way, if she hit you out of malice you don't want to be with someone like that.If you feel your heart is telling you to do so, tell her you are sorry for hitting her, but don't take anyone's physical violence. Sorry that this happened between the two of you.
