Obviously you have said something to your friends about your sexual preferances, otherwise a male friend wouldn't have asked that of you...
Men (or boys) who are confused about who they are tend to act as if they are straight. Families and friends play a part in that, expecting them to meet girls and whatever, so he could be gay, he could be bi, but when it comes down to it, he doesnt want to admit it.
He may like you and I doubt that he would just come right out and ask you that if he were definately straight... maybe he is confused.
Try take the time out and talk to him, and maybe instead of finding out if he likes you, find out if he is gay, bi or just confused! He may need someone to talk to.

I haven't met many people your age who are so sure of their sexual orientation (if it's homosexual) AND have experimented to this level. ALSO I can't imagine a male doing soemthign like this if he wasn't gay. Straight men like to be very straight. Maybe he felt disgusted with himself afterward and started questioning himself again and feel ashamed. He felt that ignoring it and denying his feeligns would make him feel better.. or make him straight.
