A female reader, Emilysanswers United Kingdom +, writes (30 December 2008):

If even the mere act of not being in the same room causes you to argue then your relationship is very weak.

If you aren't strong enough to spend time apart then you won't be strong enough to survive any real problems.

Use this time to grow up and get some good money and friends behind you. Once you do that then you will probably be old enough to move in together anyway.

Good Luck!! xx

samsmommy agony auntI don't think there is anything you can do unless you get consent from her parents. You said you guys have been together for almost 2 yrs. So you'll just have to wait a little longer before you can move in together. Sorry. But since she is still a minor, that's really you're only option. Look at the bright side and just be happy her parents allow her to have a boyfriend.
