Get to a Emergency Department right now, they will find it and give you emergency contraception and do STI checks etc.

I had something similar happen to me the other day (be warned, its pretty gross!). It was actually stuck inside me, quite a long way up! So I suggest you take a deep breath and have a good feel around inside you (not a nice experience but it needs to be done!) and see if you can feel anything! If you still cant find it then maybe a trip to the doctors may be neccessary - they will be able to fish it out for you!
If you are not on birth control then you need to get the morning after pill (I think you call it Plan B pill over there) which will stop any chances of you getting pregnant. You also need to get an STI test to make sure your boyfriend didnt pass anything on to you (or you on to him).
I always suggest using 2 types of contraception - birth control and condoms, that way you are much more protected than just relying on one form. Condoms are quite tricky and there are times when they will come off, split etc so its good to have the back up of birth control to prevent pregnancy. Go see your doctor and they will be able to discuss the options with you.
I hope this helps and good luck!
