writes:How long does it take for a broken heart to heal? Hurts so much and I cant make the pain stop or go away..I cant get her out of my mind.. I was with someone else for a night and all I though was of her and how guilty I felt..we broke up 2 months ago..any support or ideas of moving on will be appreciated.

reader, anonymous, writes (27 October 2008): I personally feel that if you truly love someone the hurt of losing them in any fashion will never go away...all you can hope for is that they live a happy life even if it is without you, because I think that love is beyond our physical emotional mental or metaphysical selves and all we can do is just grasp at the concept but never really know it.

reader, anonymous, writes (20 October 2008): It depends on how long u guys were together. It will take alittle bit of time to get over her. I know that it took me 5 months to get over my ex. But the thing that helps is spending as much time as you can with friends, family, and people who care about you. Do different activities keep your mind off of the issues. Do something new too for a change.
