Hi guys, I think this is a tricky question to answer but this guy is interested in me, i know this because he has told me and i have also told him how i feel. I don't know him that well as i met him at college at the start of Sept, the problem is everytime he talks to me (even online) i just clam up and don't know what to say, he's only spoken to me a few times in person i think he's quite shy too because i only get a 'hiya' out of him, i know i have a confidence issue - i just don't know how to overcome this. Sorry if i haven't explained this very well!

No explanation needed, you had me hooked to this story at the title. Think of it this way...

You both like each other.

You're both shy.

Shy boys are probably much worse than shy girls, so I say go for it and tell him you want to be with him! No point in wasting anymore time, because it might get too late. Go for it girl! :)

aunt honesty agony auntThe place to start with your confidence is making yourself feel good, get a new hair cut or a new outfit something to make you feel good maybe join a few clubs and meet new people. find the courage within yourself to ask him on a date the cinema would be a perfect place to go as you dont need to keep up conversation, the more you get to know him the better it will be the nervousness will go away once you get to know him more.
