I broke it off last November and heard nothing from him until today when I saw him in town and thought I'd say hi, but he just looked at me and said "Nothing's changed". I felt so humiliated. Has anyone else gone through this experience before? Reply to this Question Share |

What is this 6 month thing? Is it the equivalent to the 7 year itch or something? Did he mean that once you reached 6 months of being together that things would then automatically go wrong? Perhaps he has had this experience before and was unwilling to give it a go with someone else.It sounds as if when you talked to him he thought you were suggesting getting back together again.Well, it is his loss. You broke it off with him and he obviously needs to sort himself out. Forget about him. Go out and enjoy yourself and realise that you have had a lucky escape.
