I don't know if he likes me or not, but last week he was really close to me and he was talking to his friends and pointing to me, also, he smiled at me once or twice, and i caught him staring at me, and i think he may have been showing off around me. He might think you are cute , but there is no telling if he likes you. If he has never spoken to you, how could either of you know?
If he is staring at you, and has smiled at you, then why not say "hi," and start a conversation? Otherwise, nothing will happen. You will continue wondering while he awkwardly points and stares at you.
