No, blood is not always an indication of virginity. Some girls can break their hymen from other activities (gymnastics, horse riding, etc) long before having sex and consequently wont bleed, ... others can bleed long after losing their virginty. It is not a reliable indicator.
BTW - Length is irrelevant too, ..it is the girth/width of it that makes the difference.
If you have dumped her for other reasons tho, what does it matter wether she was or not?
