 She could still very likely be a virgin. One the hymen is often broken during childhood because of some rough activity. An example is that riding a horse will often be enough to do it. Also she may have used vibrators or her fingers for masturbation which would explain why she doesn't feel pain but keep in mind that not all women have a painful first time. Everyone is different.

 Yes, you can lose your virginity without bleeding. Yes, a finger will go into a virgin vagina without any problem. If you don't have any other reason to believe that your girlfriend wasn't a virgin, then she probably was.

When I first had sex in my life at age 20 with my future husband, he said that I bled a little, and that yes, indeed I must have been a virgin. So you never know what you will get. If the hymen does break and bleed the first time sex, it is of course, nice to know this, but don't go by this.
