I also remember him kicking the back of the bus seat I was sitting on, and leaning on the wall adjacent to me while I stood in the lunch line. I never reacted to his bizarre actions, which probably convinced him to stop. But I'm in high school now and I'm wondering: Was I stuck-up for doing that? Should I have at least talked to him? I know he was weird, but I kinda liked him. Reply to this Question Share |

No, I don't think you did anything wrong.
Of course it was middle school and the poor kid is totally forgivable for lacking social skills and trying to attract your attention in such a clumsy, awkward way. Then again, plenty of kids have already figured out by 3rd or 4th grade that if you want to know a girl, you just smile and say : Hi, what's your name - rather than kicking
her seat , pulling her braids, creeping up behind her etc.etc.
Let's say you have helped this kid to grow up and understand what works and what des not with women :)- so do not feel guilty.
