Hey, I need help with someone very important to me. I was texting my guy friend and he spelt a few things completely wrong, so naturally, I told him to learn how to spell (I was only joking )... But this is where things get messed up. He responded- "Okay fine be a bitch! You know I know how to spell! I was fucking kidding you dumb hoe!"... So now I have two questions...

1. Am I in the wrong?

And 2. If I was/wasn't what should I say to apologize/make him feel bad?

I need help with this, and quick!

Some people have issues and take very easily to insults. He obviously felt insulted and like a fool being corrected about spelling- like i said he probably has issues.

Ignore him and if u mean anything to him he will get over it and he should be appologising.

When I first read this question I thought it was from a teenager. Your friend's vicious and explosive reaction was totally out of proportion to the supposed crime.

I wouldn't bother trying to make amends. He could have handled this so much better than he did. It's he who now owes you an apology and to be honest, I would accept the apology but dispense with the friendship.

Honeypie agony auntIs he dyslexic? or lazy?

If he is dyslexic I can see him being defensive... though either way, I think HE was in the wrong for getting his boxers in a knot and I wouldn't talk to that moron til HE apologized, unless calling you a bitch & hoe is normal for you two.

Honestly, I'd slap him VERBALLY all shades of pink if he called me either of those derogatory names.
