An orgasm feels like the muscles in the vagina contracting then releasing very pleasurably. Kind of like an almost unbearable release of pressure. Chances are if you're still not sure what it was then it wasn't an orgasm quite yet.

If it got to the stage where the area got really sensitive with the slightest touch after your body was twitching uncontrollably, then yes, you did.
