Me and my boyfriend used to be so happy and I loved him so much, but I moved away to be with my family. I'm only an hour away by car yet he's never come to see me. I don't drive so it takes me longer to get there by train and more expensive but I go anyway.

I know he loves me but he never shows it anymore. We've both changed andI still love him but I don't feel it's going to work out anymore. I want to split up with him but I don't feel I can. Every time I do, which I have a few times now, he doesn't seem to get it and he won't give up until I go back out with him, so now I feel pushed into it and just can't get out of the relationship that doesn't work for me any more.

3 times I've tried now in 3 different ways. I don't know what to do anymore. I feel so trapped.

What do I do?

The fact that you've given in several times means that he probably now believes he can just just walk all over you. Don't let him - be strong!!!. Break up with him, and stop seeing him, stop answering his phonecalls, etc - and it doesn't sound like he'll make much of an effort to try and see you. He hasn't been able to drive to see you, but still talks you into staying with him; ie. he's being incredibly lazy with the relationship and doesn't deserve the time and energy. Believe me, he does get it, he just wants an easy relationship, where he doesn't have to make the effort.
