reader, anonymous, writes (10 April 2008): There's some great magazines out there, just general celebrity gossip magazines, that reveal the dieting tips and food tendancies of the stars. I've just been reading one, and it gave a whole day's worth of different meal plans. So my advice would be to go and buy a few magazines that are advertising dieting/healthy eating tips!
