I feel like that mostly when im about to start my period. Or I've noticed that I sweat like that when I drink fluids that contain sugar or caffeine also. What I do, is that i wear spagetti straps and I drink mostly water and shower twice a day. Oh i dont rub lotion on my back because it makes you sweat more. Buy yourself one of those bodywashes that are made for body acne. They help you keep your pores clean, free of oil, and make your back feel nice and dry. And it helps alot doing just that.

Talk to your doctor, there is a medication that reduces excessive perspiration. I even think it comes in pill form so it's very simple to use. Good Luck!

If the problem is really bad you can get specialist deoderant sprays on prescription from a doctor, or at some beauty clinics - aluminum chloride should be in the product list. However, if it is just a minor issue then remember that it is important that you drink lots of fluids - if you keep yourself cool then you won't sweat so much! Also some of the high factor sun blocks (esp. one's aimed at outdoor sports people) are supposed to be helpful with this problem.
