For the past 4 months one of my co-workers who is also in a relationship and I have been involved together. We are both growing closer and closer. We have not had sex yet our "relationship" is more emotional than anything, we both are very attracted to each other though. How do I go about either ending my current relationship or developing a new one with this other woman? And if I do the latter what are the chances its going to work out?

Hi
You will get confused because you see you’re co worker more than you see you partner.
It will not be easy for you two to be lovers and work together , what if you just get a small misunderstanding , it could change a lot of things .
Rather share stuff and talk about it, than to go in a relationship with this woman.
Secondly think how your Gf is feeling without you. It must be very difficult for her as well.
Good luck and pray that God will guide you.
