Oh gosh its making me blush and worry right now. I have never had sexual intercourse and I really don't talk about sex very much, soif someone could tell me it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Most all of your vaginal wall should feel fairly soft, smooth and slick when aroused - but not necessarily entirely even. Bumpy feeling would not seem unusual, in my experience.
And agreed, two or three inches inside on the front side, you have the G-spot, which often feels like a bumpy rough spot. Some may describe it as spongy feeling. It is usually about the size of a nickel to a quarter, but may be larger.
It sounds as if you are totally normal unless your entire vaginal wall has a rough or textured feeling. In which case you could be the luckiest woman on earth with a huge G-spot, or should possibly consider consulting a gynecologist. Even a totally "textured" vagina may feel marvelous to a man someday.

Its good to masturbate, you'll be surprised how many women do it. Its good so you know what you will like in the future

Certain parts of the vagina can feel textured. Whether a penis can feel this, I could not say.
If these bumps were painful, or if they change over the next few weeks/month, then go see a doctor. But please understand that all of our bodies are different, and bumps or not, a guy will most likely not notice that feeling during sex.
Keep exploring yourself though, and get familiar with things. Relax and have fun about it :-)
