Definitely don't go with creams. They're sometimes unsafe and the never really work as well as you want them to. If you really want to tighten your vagina you should learn how to do vaginal exercises like I did. It worked wonders for me. Here's a link to the book I used to get started:

I agree that a vaginal tightening cream sounds like a scam. Instead of trying to pay for a quick fix, try doing kegel exercises. That should help a bit. Also, your vagina shouldn't be "loose" feeling to a guy. There are two main reasons to feel this:
1. You just had a baby. Instead of working your ass off to tighten your vagina including non-FDA approved creams that could be dangerous, you tell your bf or husband to try stretching their parts over a baby's head and then to complain about "looseness."
2. Your boyfriend or husband could be masturbating too much. Seriously, it's been known to happen. They get so used to the tight grip of their hand that the soft feel of a vagina simply can't get them off anymore. If you haven't had a baby, try figuring out if that is the problem.

Why to you think you need tightening?
You're much better off finding a position that creates this naturally. Try laying one your stomach with your legs together and let you man lay on top and enter your vagina that way. It's TIGHT!
Exercise is a good idea too, or find a guy with a bigger cock! Seriously, I have NEVER found a woman who was too loose. If anything, it just helps me last longer.
If you trust your man, you could teach him how to perform anal sex on you... that's tight and quite rewarding when done right- for both of you!

It sounds unlikely.
From the FAQ page:
Does Harmony Cream interfere with oral sex?
They claim it doesn't.
So, the cream is supposed to affect the skin and muscle in your vagina but not the skin and muscles in your mouth and throat?
The tightness of the vagina is controlled by the muscle, not the skin. If the skin was tight you would tear horribly when you have a baby.
You can exercise the muscle, look up kegel exercises.
On the whole, if a wonder drug were to emerge, you would hear about it through regular channels. Look at Viagra, it is mentioned everywhere in the regular press. Manjakini isn't even suggested as a word by Google. ( It suggests you might try Mandakini, an actress (whether she got a tight vagina I do not know))
This cream has every sign of being a scam.
