Alright mate.
Agree with the other guys. I suffered from acne as a teen and right into my early 20's! Im in my 30's now and I STILL get the odd pimple!! First thing, dont worry about it.
The most important thing as far as I can tell you is diet. Fresh fruit, veggies, water. Simple fare man, thats the ticket. Sugars & fats OUT! If you take a drink, dont do it too often. Smoker mate? For this (and SO many other reasons) knock it on the head now if you do
Exercise, outdoor if at all possible.
I tried a lot of creams etc, went to my doctor, saw dermatologists and nothing worked as well as the above. As well as this a good diet and exercise gives you a healthy glow that the ladies will love spots or not!
All the best man, this will all work out.

Keep away from oily and fried foods.
Eat plenty of fresh fruits and veges.
You need to experiment and find the right facial cleanser for your face.
Sometimes the cheap ones are more effective or as effective as those expensive ones.
Some men take the pill to counteract those pimples or acne and for a smother complexions.
Lastly , if nothing works, go see a doc who would prescribe you the medications.

1. Exfolitating
2. Facial
3. Drink lot's of water.

1. I personally believe some products are a waste of money and the results don't come out clear. You should have a
facial by a professional. It's quite expensive but, it's worth it. For me it was. They will recommened their 'own' products to you usually tea tree oil helps to reduce the pimples or aloe vera (the plant on it's own).
Blackheads can also be reduced by facial.
or 2. One way also is exfolitating your skin naturally. Wash in natural soap and a cleanser after (liquid or cream designed for spots of course check the label so the ingedients are simple and not over the top) patting the face dry. You should do this dailey say the morning and night as it helps get rid of the dead skin cells and the oil/dust that builds around your face.
3. Also, I know this might sound bizzare but, have you after tried toothpaste on your pimples? Not gel but, pure white toothpaste. Everyone's different. I had friends who tried this and it reduced their spots and for me as well but, I think it only works if you have new pimples (bigger than the small ones). You should always apply it before bedtime of course.
Best wishes. Sarah.
