I'm going to go ahead and say you can until you finish puberty, and by treatments I mean the natural hormones your body releases. Hormonal treatments are VERY dangerous! They are not monitored or regulated. Companies just go ahead and throw in as many hormones at whatever level they want so long as women's breasts get bigger. But honestly, what good are bigger breasts if you're dead? The only way to get bigger breasts is to get surgery. It's really not worth the risk to take hormones for larger breasts. Men honestly do love all sizes. Just because sports illustrated models all bulge out of their bikinis doesn't mean that's the only way to look sexy. If you're really wanting larger breasts, I know of many women who were happy with their decision to get implants. Best of luck.
