Sounds to me like you just have very strong vaginal muscles that are flexing, and thats why it feels like it's being pushed out.
Also, if thats what a man feels, I don't know, I would imagine it was something similar to thar tho.
No, you can't get pregnant from anal sex, sperm must enter the vagina for pregnancy to happen, however, if a man gets sperm on the outside of the vagina, say, after he pulls out from anal sex, that COULD cause pregancy, since sperm are determined little things!
