hi, heres my problems

ive been going out with my girlfriend a month and a bit. shes older, an we both go school. a guy in her year likes her, and says and does stuff to her such as stroking her hair or tickling her, he says he thinks boyfriends are a challenge. this annoys me greatly. also i think one of my best friends fancy her. before he hardly ussed to speak to me, but since i have been going out with my gf he has started talking to me, an at spare time during school he only talks to her, an maybe the odd times to me. ive asked my gf to tell the boys she dont like them, but she wont as she dont wanna hurt their feelings. does she care about my feelings. i love her loads, an this wont wreck our relationship, but just give me sum general advice on how not to get angry about these boys, and what i can do to sort it out. thanks very much.

AskEve agony auntI would ignore them love. She might be trying to make you jealous telling you these things so I would rise above it and not read too much into it. Tell her they sound really immature jerks then change the subject.

I'm not sure whether stroking her hair or tickling her is entirely appropriate - if she's with you, she must acknowledge how this makes you feel. She doesn't have to tell these guys to stop this behaviour in a nasty way or hurt their feelings at all; you can be perfectly polite about such things! I do agree with cd206m, that she is with you and not them, but I can also understand why this might make you feel a bit insecure. Just try explaining how you feel about this issue to her; don't make a big deal of it or get angry - I'm sure she'll be able to see things from your point of view and put paid to the matter =)

cd206 agony auntShe's with you. If she wanted to be with one of the other guys she would be. If you try to control her then you'll end up pushing her into their arms.
