1)Do you really want a relationship full of drama again?
2) do you want things to work with the babies daddy for you aswell as the kids?
I would take a piece of paper and write down what you love and hate about both men. Be totally honest as you can always burn it once you are done so no one see's it. I find this method helps a lot in any situation as it can make you think about the pros and cons of all sorts of things :)
Why do you love each man? What is it about each of them that makes you care?

You did not say you were still in love with the father of your children and he has also told you he wants to make it work for the children, thats no reason to get back together.
You have to go with the person that you feel is right for you.
If you still love your ex without kids then maybe you should discuss the reasons why you split in the first place and see if these reasons can be sorted out.

you said there was alot of drama...sounds a little dysfunctional to me. Go back to your baby-daddy. Make it work for the kids...Good luck.
