Have her ask her doctor what her risk of ectopic pregnancy is.
I'm not sure if their are different surgeries for having a woman's tubes tied. If hers were cauterized I'd venture a guess and say you're relatively safe. But ectopic pregnancy is a pretty big risk once a woman has had her tubes tied, mainly because she isn't looking out for unexpected pregnancies since having her tubes tied is misconstrued as being a foolproof method of birth control.
To be safe use spermicide until she can talk more in depth with her doctor and get some harder facts.

How old are you and how old is she? I'm guessing you are either dating an much older woman or labeled your age young or have a girlfriend that got her tubes tied at a very very young age.
Either way, If you are for certain that she exactly had this procedure done and is STD-free along with yourself being STD, then I think you are relatively safe to go unprotected. Just keep in mind that just because she tells you that she's had her tubes tied, does not mean she did get it done. I can say I'm Bill Clinton, but that still doesn't make me Bill Clinton. But if you trust her, then I'd say you are fine to go unprotected..
Now if she is 18-21, then I would question that she has had her tubes tied 11 years ago..
