writes: I need some suggestions about a diet because I'm in serious need of one. Over the past few months I've put on so much weight its unbelievable. I can barely fasten my school trousers :/ and to be honest its proper getting me down because now that it's getting sunny I want to wear nice tops but I feel disgusting and fat so I cover up with a coat or something. I know most people will just say eat healthy but I'm finding it so hard so has anyone got a suggestion as to a diet which is easy to follow and still allows you to eat more than fruit and veg all day?Also I need some advice on exercise stuff as I've put the weight on my belly so I need to lose that really.Please help cuz I could just cry with how horrible I feel.Thanks x

reader, anonymous, writes (18 April 2010): I know it's hard to eat healthy but that's the key! Just try to eat better proportions of food (like not too much but not too little. Also, try a sport! I started eating healthier and i started playing tennis. It's helped me a great deal and i have lost 20 pounds.

Go vegitarian, I did it because I care about the life of other living things etc but as a bi-product I've lost a stone and I'm loving it:) I've almost got a flat stomach ang great legs, I'm natrually toned and tanned so I've never had to worry about that, good luck x
