reader, anonymous, writes (24 December 2009): Finding the easy way to loose weight is easy... there are thousands of web sites selling pure crap to people who are ready to send cash for untested unregulated garbage. THERE IS NO EASY WAY!!!There are a few options:1. Learn to eat proper proportions and the right number of calories and food. Avoid sugars, or anything that metabolizes into sugar (potatoes, alcohol, corn- it's a long list). Avoid grains, breads and pasta- all converfnt to sugar in your body.2. Get your metabolism fired up. Getting the junk out of your body and learning to east three meals a day (breakfast is mandatory for this! If you don't eat it, your sabotaging your effort, as your training you metabolism to SLOW down...). No need for drugs or "supplements"...3. Exercise is always a good idea, personally I do not enjoy it- never have... didn't need it, but it would be good for me if I would do it. You too!4. Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep has been proven to cause obesity. fact...5. drink enough water to stay hydrated- forget the rule about 1 oz. per # of body weight- you don't need that much. What you do need is to be peeing 4 to 5 times a day, and it should be LIGHT yellow, not DARK...That's about it! Guys can loose 1 pound per day, woman about 1/2 that. Your other option is surgery, which has all kinds of medical risks + there a new study (I think from the UK) that shows that people who use food for comfort and have surgery (bi-pass or similar) are turning to alcohol, drugs or other things to get the relief that they once got from food. horrible, as they traded one addiction for another.So, sorry- no quick fixes. You can drink all kinds of junk, throw your money in the street, all you'll be is a year older, unhappy and still in need of shedding the weight.

If it was easy, everyone wouldn't be trying to lose it.
If you're gonna pop a pill or drink some expensive drink or go on the latest celebrity fad diet, you'll only lose your money the easy way.
