My sister signed me up on this web site where you can find old friends and family. Well, I've found my first true love, after all these years! Now we've been "chatting" and come to find out he's single (me too!) He's never forgotten me, loves me madly, wants me to come back! Is it possible to pick up where you left off after almost 30 years?Now here's the kicker, we couldn't be together because we are cousins! He was afraid of what the family would say, now it doesn't matter any more, both of our fathers are dead now, and also we are not teenagers any more! (He's 50 now) I think I still love him! HELP!

reader, anonymous, writes (22 November 2008): What a great Love Story! Yes I believe you can find true love even after 30 years! Go for it!!! Oh and the counsin thing. I wouldn't worry about that! As a teenager I found out through the "family grapevine" that my grandparents on my fathers' side were first cousins...I was mortified! I thought it would be a stigma and never told anyone because I was afraid it would be used against me someday. Looking back on it all these years later, I don't see anything wrong with it (they were from Italy, where it's acceptable) I look back at the 60 years they had together and admire them!
