There are benefits you can apply for, lots of people face sudden extra costs with multiple kids and social nations like the UK have things in place to help out.
Just make sure you arrange as much as possible now. Twins are already a real handful but triplets. Even the simple problem of feeding them is going to run into a logistical problem (how many nipples you got?) and since babies on sleep a few hours and need feeding and can't be fed at the same time... well you are going to need someone to help out or you can kiss sleeping goodbye.
Don't be afraid to ASK for support and keep pushing, try every avenue. A lot of social workers and the like are only barely aware of all the options that exist for support and if you don't push, nobody will.
Also, see if there is a support group for women with twins and more. These concerns are hardly new so why should you not benefit from others experience?

...and I forgot to add that you can claim a Maternity grant (about £500) from the Department of Work and Pensions - again get the form from the net and take it to your midwife for signing.

Congratulations...triple trouble! Marvelous but must be worrisome for you. There are so many services available in the UK for teenage pregnant girls but you have to ask for help. I am assuming you have been booked with a midwife so ask this person for help and support - s/he should be able to put you in touch with fellow teen mothers at least. Call the Childbirth Trust for assistance and look up netmums on google. You need to tell your school so they can plan for your education around due dates - there are lots of flexible arrangements like home tutoring or special teen mum units. Most hospitals have a special care maternity service for pregnant women with various medical conditions and complications - I think you should ask for a referral by your GP. Not because there is anything wrong as such, but it would be wise to have an obstetrician keep an eye on you given your age and the number of babies.
Moneywise - you would probably qualify for income support and you will get child benefit. Depending on the age of the father, there will be child support to be paid. You need to go to the citizens advice bureau and ask for welfare benefits advice right now because soon enough you will be too large in the pregnancy to walk your way into town to see someone. YOu also qualify for HealthyStart vouchers right now - there is a form you can get off the internet and get your midwife to sign it. It gives you access to fresh fruit, veg and milk right now to help you with a good diet.
