Its getting so frustrating because I sit there waiting for him all the time, I don't know if he is just too shy or is he not interested? My feeling is that he is interested but doesn't know how to come over to talk to me, but I'm just not sure sometimes..could he just be waiting for me to approach him?So do you understand what might be going on with him? I want to try to bump into him and say hi, but every time I see him he is already sitting in the cafeteria with friends..

He sounds shy? : Try to figure out where yall could bump into each other without so many people around. keep up the flirting. Flirting is always good :)
-Maybe you could maybe do the come here motion, with your finger. The worst thing that could happen is he says no. Sometimes guys dont know for sure if you like them so they wait to see if you will do something. Stupid thing is that we are usually waiting on them to do something :)
