Just take a deep breath, relax your neck and shoulders and go with the flow and go for it.
If it's not that and you reallllllly don't want to, you should tell him you want to take it slow. Maybe explain to him why, so he doesn't feel like you don't like him etc. He may even try find a way to help ease them nerves of yours =]
