writes:I had the best relationship of my life for over a year when we got engaged. We lost our spark and he broke up with me and started going out with someone else. He made love to me and broke up with her and we got back together. It happened another time. And now he has a third girlfriend and made love to me a few days ago and he says he regrets it. I still love him and I need him back, what can I do to help us get back together so I can make things right?

You've already let him know he can get the goods without any commitment. He's left you 3 times and you "need" him? Hun you need to get to a counselor/ therapist to work out these issues. No one deserves to be on a string like you are with this guy. Do you really want to live the rest of your life being left when he finds someone else? If you weren't good enough for him the first time, you never will be. I really hope you've been using protection because who knows who he's been sleeping with. Go get tested immediately!
