Dear cupid, it's been 7 weeks since my boyfriend of 7 months dumped me. For the first few weeks after I was absolutely devastated, as I loved him so much and could not understand why he dumped me.

However afterwards I suppose you could say I went on the "rebound" big time and kissed other boys. Anyway only last week I saw my ex for the first time in a month and all those feelings came back. I am so confused as I thought I was over him, but now I'm not so sure and I regret ever being with anyone else.

Deep down I know he doesn't want me back, but I think I want him back and feel nobody can ever love me like he did. What should I do? Should I get in contact with him or simply move on?

Hi

It's natural to have all of those feelings come back when you saw him again, but your mixed feelings could be greater because you don't really know why your relationship ended and you're still curious.

I believe he doesn't want you back but you want him back because your confidence has been shattered.

Give it some time before you do anything with anyone or decide anything.

e-mail me if anything happens.
