Now he either was very careless with his wallet or chopped off a limb.More and more adverts fill our TV screens with all this fancy nonsense about looking younger, achieving a flatter stomach or earning more money. Whatever happened to the healthy, good old-fashioned way of getting our ideal body or looks?! Surely we don't need pro-retinal A or whatever mumbo jumbo they're on about now to impress those around us or the media. And whatever happened to not judging a book by its cover? Fair enough, for those that arent particularly great looking, but shouldn't it go for models too?Hearts are broken and lives are ruined, by trying to attain media-beautiful bodies and, well, crashing and burning.Maybe we should all look deeper into ourselves, and see whether we really need to spend all this cash on desperate attempts to be perfect. We were all made beautiful, so who's right is it to tell us that we're not? Be proud of the way you are.:]

I want to get that six pack that I've always wnated, but not so that way I want to look like a model, but so I can feel healthy on the outside and the inside. Kudos on the article!
