He split up with his girlfriend and went all weird, even though we were doing this stuff when he was with her. But two days ago i ended up staying round his. What can i do? I don't want to get in too deep and end up getting hurt.

The guy just dumped a girlfriend, he is on the rebound and needing an ego boost and you're it, it won't last, but you are probably going to go through a lot of emotional stuff if you continue to see him....I'm guessing he is a lot older than you and that makes this relationship between a child of 16 and and adult inappropriate....sorry to be so harsh.
What should you do? Stop sleeping around and try being a guy's friend first and date him, going on a date does not require sex....the last time I heard.

 um from what DV1 said no it is not rape.. you said older right? this lad could be any age.. maybe even just a year older! and he would NOT go to prison as you are OVER 16 (UK)and as long as you both agree to sex, he isnt raping you. anyway babe.. explain to him.. you arnt ready for a long-term relationship yet, you want to take it slow. I sugest you spend some time away from him but make sure he knows you are still there if you get me.. dont spend all your time with him as that could make you look 'ready' for the long term life.. i hope i helped.. mail me if you want to talk about anything! xxx

 He's older, and you're having sex? He could get put in jail for that! It's rape!! It's going to be weird for him to adjust to being with another girl right out of a relationship. Take things slowly.
