He has my number and my email address and always gives me the eye when we see each other so why is he not contacting me, my friend even sent him a message asking if he liked me but he dident reply. His friend liked me as well but i made my feelings clear about him. The new Guy has since moved floors at work so i dont get to see him as much. im getting mixed signalls should i just forget about him.

reader, anonymous, writes (1 April 2007): If he is just giving out mixed signals then forget about him. Find someone who is sure that he wants to be with you and is single. If you ended up having an affair with this guy then you may end up regretting it as he might be lying about having problems with his girlfriend and might possibly string you both along and end up having his cake and eating it.
As for your current boyfriend you've already admitted that you want to break it off with him so why don't you? The last thing you want to end up doing is cheating on him as it'll make you guilty and it would make him upset if he found out. Just stay mates with him.
