Thinking sexual thoughts causes me to have a shock in my stomach. What is that?

Whenever I'm having sexual thoughts, I feel a shock in my stomach. I kind of twitch and it feels somewhat like an orgasm. I shiver afterwards. But it can't be right? Because I've experienced orgasms before and usually it takes me a while to get to that point. Does anyone know what this is?
