I started going out with this guy just about a week ago. I met him through college and our relationship got closer over a matter of time.

The only problem is he's got two girl best mates. One of which he has been going out with on off. I understand that she is a mate and am not against hanging around with her, but I can still see that there is still that spark between them even though they say there isn't.

Should I just call it quits and leave them to it? I really like him and don't want to do this but if it's the right thing then I havent got much choice.

There will be a connection between these two people as they are good friends and used to share an intimacy. But there is a reason why their relationship did not work and they were better as friends.

Take comfort in the fact that he is with you and cares about you. If there is still a spark between two people it is very rare for them both to hang out with one's new partner because of jealousy that the other will have.

Be aware of the situation but try not to read too much into things.

I hope it works out.
