Sometimes it's bigger then 7cms i.e. if my dick is semi-erect, if you know what I mean, like not totally hard and erect, it be around 4-5".

Is this normal? Is there anything to be worried about?

Please stop worrying. You are completely, normal, I assure you of that fact.

It is also normal to worry, but you must remember that men do not stop growing until they are around 18 to 20, especially in this department!
