writes: I work at a theme park with many other 16-19 year olds. I have fallen for one guy inperticular Anthony. His sister is a boss there too. We have fun, he get's me drinks and the door. He can be very quiet until I show up then he is much more out going. My friend even said wow I've never seen him like that. Last week we barely worked together and I didn't get hung up on it. I just figured what happens happens. Then I heard the rumor that he likes a different girl in our department, from his sister to my boss.There is another guy Mike who I thought didn't like me at all for whatever reason. I was fine with it, you can't expect everyone to like you. But at a work party he was so flirty and the next day we sat together at break and worked together yesterday. He's flirty towards me and I like it but, I like Anthony more. Mike is so chatty and flirty, but not as sweet as Anthony. Mike hasn't won my heart. My friend likes Mike. I don't want to hurt her, but she's in a different department and never talks to him.I don't know what the best way go about this. We all work in the same department, and the season is almost over. Tuesday night we are all going out to dinner. I will go from seeing them everyday to only on weekends at work. Any tips? On the friend? On both guys? How to not get left with nothing and figuring out the rumor?

 Wow! Though situation! I would advice, though, that you don't do anything with Mike. He hasn't won you over, you like Anthony more, and what's more, you're friend likes him! You wouldn't want to risk her friendship over a guy you don't love. And about the Anthony thing, ask him about it. Just casually bring it up like, "Hey, I heard you liked so-and-so..." Don't trust anything unless you hear it from Anthony himself. (:
