reader, anonymous, writes (26 March 2009): the alternative is : you ave to go to your family doctor and you ask for a blood test for pregnancy and you can detect even a 3 days after you had sex, and it's more precise than another pregnancy test, i know it because im also trying to get pregnant and that's what i did, trust me, you wont need to wait

There are some that can detect it before your period. I've seen commercials! You should go to the local drugstore and check out the different ones they have.

their are some brands of pregnancy tests that can detect earlier than normal ide say go to your local chemist and have a look at the different brands their are some that have been advertised to detect more than a few days before your period. dont worry all good things comes to those who wait!! hope this helps good luck aphex xx
