writes:Hi. I've known this one girl for a very long time (25 years to be exact). Always been friends and we were even next door neighbors for 16 years... and then she moved an hour away the summer after sophomore year of high school and we lost touch for about two years. Out of pure coincidence, we chose to enroll in the same college and even had two classes together that first semester. We started doing the Facebook thing and we were both always with someone, so nothing more serious ever came of our friendship.And then her 25th birthday occurred two nights ago. I turned 25 two months ago and we had drunken sex; apparently it was loud and lasted six hours, according to those in the house who heard us. And honestly, I have NO idea what to make of it now. I also have no idea how to bring it up or anything. I do remember a lot of it because I started getting sober around 4AM on Saturday and we were still wild at it!Let me tell you, this chick is amazing. I've known her since we were in diapers and she has the most beautiful body and she's so smart and funny, too! We share the same politics and religious views and a semi unhealthy obsession with Harry Potter... I just don't know how to approach this. I mean, it's pretty great timing because we're both single and both have been for over a year now so there's no emotional attachment to anyone in the past. We both have our respective college degrees and are becoming established in our career fields. It's just perfect timing! I just want to know how I can approach this without her flippin' out.Thanks.(PS: I'm told she's pretty crazy about me, too, by her best girl friend.)

 Well if your talking as much as you say, and have as much in common, ask her if she wants to go out for dinner or something, at first just as friends and see where that takes you. Drunken sex shouldn't be the start of a relationship but if you have more than just that going for you then do it!Psst. New years eve might be a good idea as well :) Good luck x
