I'm only going to answer that last sentence.
If a girl kept doing those things in front of me, I wouldn't take it as a sign of interest. Yes it may be sexy, but most of the "sexy" things women do they do without realizing they are being sexy. On top of that, there are enough women who flirt so heavily with all males that we simply don't know what we are looking at.
