I broke up with my girlfriend of a year and few months about 2 weeks ago because there was just too much dumb fighting and stress but a few days later i decided to give it another try. Yesterday i ended it again because i just didnt feel any spark anymore. whenever i talk to her it makes me sad and feel bad for her and im feeling like im going to think we might be able to work out again but i know that we probably wont.

any advice or thoughts

A female reader, aurorepetite United Kingdom +, writes (15 July 2010):

Hi,

i am in the same case as your girl. If you think she can do things better, give her a try. If you think you tried all you could and it is still the same, then i think even if you feel bad, move on, it will bet better for both of you. I wish my boyfriend would give me a second chance to correct the mistake i did. I would never make the same mistake, this separation made me realize where we went wrong.

:(

All the best and courage for you 2!
