There are still chances of you being pregnant because even after ejaculation, some sperms are in the urethra and trickle down and end up coming out after a while so it's possible some may trickled down into you either from the new condom or from his penis.I'm sure it'd be better for you to take the pill.I hope you've done that coz time's running out.
Good luck.

There is a chance you can still get pregnant without ejaculation, by Pre-cum.
'Pre-ejaculate, also known as pre-cum, is the liquid that seeps from the tip of the penis during sexual excitement before ejaculation happens. This fluid helps coats the urethra and helps sperm move. If there are sperm in the urethra from a previous ejaculation, then pre-cum could push them through the penis before a guy actually comes. So, it's possible for pre-cum to carry a sexually transmitted infection or cause pregnancy.'
So yes, take the morning afterpill as soon as possible (Never leave it longer than 3 days, preferably the next day because with each day up to 3 the chances of success get lower), better safe than sorry :P
