We go to a school with rather strict regulations, namely that there can be no public displays of affection such as hugging between opposite genders if they're dating, no kissing, etc. I really love him and I think he does to me too. The only place we ever meet is at school though, so when we do kiss, it has to be at school. We've been extra cautious when we do, but I still feel uneasy. I told him so, but he remains adament that we won't get caught. Any advice on what I should do?

Well cant you meet after school? You are both still very young, but I cant see that just kissing is a bad thing as long as that all it is.
We have all been there, and I know its hard because you still have to do as you are told by your parents and you proably think they are being mean but when you get older you will know why.
Do you live near one another? you could meet when you are out with friends and get to know each other better, but remember you are 14 and have a lot more growing up to do.
You may get to know him then decide that you dont like him all that much after all.
Dont let him push you into anything you dont want to do, and just see how things go. xxxxxxxxxx
